CASA GRANDE, Ariz. – Real Salt Lake-Arizona Elite are in store for a jam-packed weekend at the SC del Sol Banat Southwest Challenge while the Academy teams have the weekend off ahead of next week’s Winter Showcase in Florida.
Real Salt Lake-Arizona Elite U-16 find themselves in a group with two SC del Sol teams and United Latinos, needing to finish first in the group to advance to Sunday’s final against the first place team from Bracket B.
With the Claret-and-Cobalt and SC del Sol the only teams to register for the U-17 and U-18 age groups, their brackets have been merged into one. RSL-AZ Elite U-17 and U-18 will each face SC del Sol 97 and 98, giving the RSL U-17s a great opportunity against older competition in SC del Sol 97.
