CASA GRANDE, Ariz. – Real Salt Lake-Arizona Academy and Elite split up to compete in three separate competitions this weekend across the states of Arizona and California in what will be a jam-packed weekend of soccer action.
On the Academy schedule, RSL-AZ U-17/18 (2-0-0) face off against Development Academy newcomers Sacramento Republic FC U-17/18 (0-1-1) in the 18’s first road game of the young season, followed by a matchup between RSL-AZ U-15/16 (1-0-1) and the SRFC 16s (1-0-1).
RSL-AZ Elite U-18 (#37 in the Region) kick off the Desert League with a trio of games at Grande Sports World against Sereno White (#22 in the Region), CCV Stars Black (#29 in the Region) and SC del Sol Colavecchia (#7 in the Region).
Finally, RSL-AZ Elite U-15, U-16 and U-17 compete in the Valparaiso United Invitational Tournament, looking to replicate the success of last year’s 17s who captured the tournament crown.
