CASA GRANDE, Ariz. – Grande Sports Academy student-athlete Luis “Wicho” Barraza has been named the Rotary Student of the Month for March at Vista Grande High School in honor of his achievements in the classroom.
Outstanding academic achievement is nothing new for “Wicho,” who was honored at last year’s Vista Grande Academic Award Evening for earning a 3.873 GPA and being inducted into the National Honor Society.
The staff at Grande Sports Academy would like to congratulate Luis on his award and wish him the best of luck as he nears graduation and his first semester of college at Marquette University!
