CASA GRANDE, Ariz. – After a successful performance in the opening weekend of 2015 play, Real Salt Lake-Arizona Academy continues its January home stand against Southwest Division rival Real So Cal this weekend.
Real Salt Lake-Arizona Academy U-17/18 (14-1-3) put their 13-game unbeaten streak on the line against Real So Cal (11-6-3), who the Claret-and-Cobalt defeated 2-0 in November at Oak Park High School.
After the 18s take the field, RSL-AZ U-15/16 (8-5-5) face off with their Real So Cal (9-8-3) counterparts in the weekend finale, looking to bounce back after Sunday’s disappointing 1-0 loss against the San Jose Earthquakes. The 16s defeated So Cal 2-1 in their previous matchup this season.
