NORCO, Calif. – Real Salt Lake-Arizona Academy heads to California for a pair of matchups against Southwest Division foes Arsenal FC and Real So Cal this weekend while the U-16 and 17 Elites move forward in Arizona State League play.
The Claret-and-Cobalt begin the weekend in Norco against Arsenal FC, with Real Salt Lake-Arizona Academy U-17/18 (4-1-3) taking on the last place Arsenal (1-6-3) in the first half of the Saturday doubleheader, followed by RSL-AZ U-15/16 (3-2-3) against the second place Arsenal FC 16s (6-2-2).
On Sunday, the Academy teams head to Agoura Hills to take on Real So Cal. Once again, RSL-AZ U-17/18 play the first half of the double header against Real So Cal (6-2-1) at 11:00 a.m., followed by the 16s against Real So Cal U-15/16 (6-2-1), kicking off at 1:30 p.m. at Oak Park High School.
In Arizona, RSL-AZ Elite U-16 (3-0-2) face off with Excel Soccer Academy (1-1-2) on Saturday in Arizona State League play at the Scottsdale Sports Complex. Later that day, RSL-AZ Elite U-17 (2-0-3) take on SC Del Sol (2-1-2) at Fear Farm Sports Complex while the Elite 18s have the weekend off.
